“Not everything you think should be said out loud.”
Or put in an email, though doing so does make things easier come litigation time.

That was a lot if googling to figure that joke.

“At UnitedHealthcare, where Muney was an executive, he said his group built a similar system to let its doctors quickly deny claims in bulk.”
Yep, I believe I’ve seen some negative public feedback on this system.

Read this article and tell me again how much worse government run health care would be and how adding a profit motive makes everything better. Do it.

Yep, that’s the definition I quoted.
Suggested bio: My name is Russell Borogove and I don’t know how to prove my point using facts, only spam. I will, however, confidently insult anyone who does understand how to use facts to prove a point.

You admitted you don’t have the facts for bribery. Pick one definition and supply the facts that support it.

Finally, an excuse to rub a Big Mac all over my face.
Without reading the article I’m betting this doesn’t work . . . let’s go find out!

From Merriam-Webster:
Corruption: dishonest or illegal behavior especially by powerful people
You’ve already admitted the gift of the plane doesn’t fit any legal definition of corruption, so please explain how it was dishonest. Show your work.

Normally, it would be beneath me to read an article whose headline is clearly meant to sensationalize and titillate, but because of the ambiguous antecedent, I am forced to read the entire article to find out WHOSE CHILDREN were subjected to asteroid rape stories.

I think it’s fair to ask whether a candidate should be running on prosecuting specific individuals. If a Republican were running a “lock her up,” I wouldn’t trust them to be an impartial DA.
The answer may be “yes,” but maybe that’s the problem with electing DAs.

Well, he’s right that corruption requires a quid pro quo, so maybe he’s just tired of all the lay people who have decided they’re experts in journalism law. I know I am.

Just something to think about.

The Republicans did their own experiment in voluntary eugenics a few years ago with the COVID vaccine. Unfortunately, it did not improve the herd noticeably.

I totally didn’t get it until he explained that eugenics wasn’t the ick but totally brat. Now I do! Thanks, Curtis! But I’m afraid you must go now because you are not brat.

How do we weaponize true information? I’m frustrated with posts that TELL US TO DO THIS VAGUE THING and then don’t tell us how, or if it’s even possible.

Managers have insight into multiple employees. Asking a manager makes sense.
I get people are mad at the NYT for not reporting THAT STORY THE RIGHT WAY, but the NYT hasn’t bowed to Trump (unlike many of its peers) and constantly dragging it feels like shooting ourselves in the feet. Repeatedly.

He could still be suffering from depression. People are like, he went to therapy, why isn’t he fixed? Because he had two life-altering medical events and then stepped into a high pressure job. I’m not surprised he wants to stay home more.

I think it’s more sinister than that — did he have birthright citizenship and immigrant parents? Or was he a naturalized citizen? The DOJ and ICE are in boundary pushing mode.

“Biden did something that was ethically dubious and therefore Dems must share the blame for Trump’s massive, unchecked corruption.”
Fuck that. NYT, I know this is an opinion piece and there aren’t many intelligent people who will defend Trump, but find someone with basic critical thinking skills.

Did we learn nothing from the first Trump impeachment?
Seriously, I don’t know what you want from the NYT. They reported the facts — draw the obvious, libelous-if-printed conclusion. JFC.
