I wonder if he's thought about what happens next? Afghanistan was really impressive!

It doesn't matter who's in government. They all take their orders from elsewhere.

I can correct for acceleration with tilt, but the application of tilt involves another acceleration. And then with two cups—do I run two entirely separate control systems in parallel or compromise by holding two cups in one hand. Is the decision different if the cups are non-identical? 🤔

The UK voted for Labour despite Starmer's loud cheering for genocide prior to the election. And the US voted for a brainless idiot which makes them all idiots.

Aren't the Greens setting themselves up for a bit of infighting in relation to their leadership? They're between a rock and a hard place—professionalise and get all the bad political vibes or remain amateurish but nice.

If only Hamas had increased their defence spending there'd be peace in the Middle East 😀🤣😂

Sadly we should extend that logic to the countries that are actively supporting Israel's activities. The RAF has been flying daily target acquisition flights over Gaza for the entire campaign. We're paying for what some people say might just possibly look a bit like genocide.
Enough already!

Not sure about the "turning rogue". They've always been a tad roguish.

Sadly I'm not totally convinced by the Greens, but they have got my vote in recent times. They're too much like a bunch of sixth-formers. And where the hell are the LibDems?

Labour didn't get my vote at the last election and now never will again.

Americans just can't march. It really was not terribly impressive.

Isn't it dreadful when a country illicitly develops nuclear weapons.
Israel has nukes, Iran doesn't. Israel hasn't signed up to non proliferation. Israel is out of control and we're enthusiastically supporting them.

It's like parking cameras. My 92-year-old father-in-law got a demand from a camera that couldn't tell the difference between a Kia and a VW. I had to help him navigate the unfriendly online system to prove him innocent. As long as there is no penalty for the companies doing this they won't stop.

I have a cousin with the same problem. I do think it's rather odd for an apparently normal person to glorify genocide, but perhaps it's OK if the victims are brown.

Interesting Latin derivation—perfides, "through faith", as if faith excuses wrongdoings.

According to my history lessons we were pretty good at winning battles. At least the French knew what to do with a monarchy 🙂🤣😂

Trouble is the amount of energy available is very small in relation to the investment required.

That's the problem when you rely on private enterprise. The question is always "will it make me money".

Water-wheels are a bit more of a problem because you need a head of water, maybe 3m and a 3m diameter wheel. It has the advantage of being much more reliable than wind or sun.
It's interesting to see the scale of power from these old technologies.

These people simply don't have intellectual function. It's pitiful that the world is run by a wholly dysfunctional USA.
