Stockwell,, South London, late 90's, repeatedly listened to this album, eating lots of cheese on toast. Thank you for the reminder.

Something has got to give. It's exhausting for everyone. There is usually a critical mass with this sort of madness. Let's hope we get there soon.

The Dulwich College educated commodities trader; the 'man of the people'. This twat in tweed is a conman. It's tragic how individuals believe his BS, whilst flying a flag above their bungalow; because he drinks pints of fuddy duddy and smokes fags. They'll screw it for those they leave behind. Sad.

Deluded. We've just binned our NYC plan for Christmas. There are other countries to visit that are not experiencing a societal breakdown. Still, why let the truth get in the way, right? Good luck guys - we will see you the other side....

Yeah, and this is my original point also. If the super rich paid their fair share the cycle would work. But compound interest along with unfair taxation is resulting in billionaires owning everything and that is so demotivating. @garyseconomics.bsky.social does a good job of explaining how I feel.

I disagree, but I'm aware that some see capitalism from a Marxist perspective, as exploiting the proletariat. I pay people to help me deliver a product - often, they earn more than me. They want to earn, but don't want to run a company. Fair enough. So why is that relationship exploitative?
comment in response to post
Damn straight. Enough. I'm a capitalist and want to stay that way. Pay your fucking way before you ruin it for everyone else. We work too hard to pay for you and you should know better anyway.
