It’s ok. I know healthcare and that’s what I pick. But I love books, so when I hear book ban, I’m so tempted to pick that too. I’ll trust you to fight for me on book bans and I’ll fight for both of us on healthcare. We can do this!

Wondering the same. I always wanted McCormick a bit less crowded but not like this!

I’m not allowed to give you, or Tony, a notepad. And if I buy either of you coffee, in perhaps appreciation for saving the world, I have to report it.

There should not be a difference in the number of documents, the cost of the documents, or the accessibility or the documents between any group of voters. I have legal ID that has already been verified. Full stop.

There’s a not small number of us who do have a marriage certificate from a second marriage that still won’t match our birth certificate.

Full support and I’m not even able to narrow down which cowards this refers to.

Do you ever have the urge to show up with drinks? Listen, therapy friend. I’m here to win this game and we’re gonna need this. 🥂

I apologize on behalf of all southerners. We are conditioned to stop thinking once the magical snowflake appears on our weather app. Good luck!

In summary, you are worried about others.
May we all keep that energy. We are going to need it.

Someone asked me if all of these coming down was just temporary, “an update?” “You don’t really know anything for sure, do you?” The depth of denial is deeper than I could have imagined. It’s so important to talk about why this matters!

I’m aware that I can get this info elsewhere. It’s the audacity that gets to me. I feel attacked, as a female and HCP. That’s the plan, I think.

I only noticed thanks to the efforts of those who have spent their energy teaching us the effects of race and class. Proof that this type of education can work!
We’ve all typed a sentence that didn’t say what we mean - which illustrates your point about rednote. Thanks for your time today!

“Prevent us from resorting to..” maybe I’m misunderstanding your point as I’m on my first cup of coffee, and I’d like to understand this one.

Is this a typo? (I mean this kindly although tone is hard to tell) I feel as though social media is full of egoism, defensiveness and callousness. I find your comments enlightening and informative and I’m glad you took time to share. It’s a good time for reflection for us all.

My Facebook lives without me for this reason. It’s probably becoming more masculine daily!

Thanks for this clarification/reminder. Like most of us sassy nursey types, I’m tempted to suggest high dose magnesium. (No no no) But too many people feel this for my sarcasm to be so freely given in public forums these days. Peace for all, and thanks for modeling smart behavior!

Is it wrong that I faked all my answers so I could be a spring because that’s my favorite?

I had a marrow clinic and, while not fun to poke people, it is nice to offer some comfort and make them smile during a feared procedure and even more fearful results. It’s a very translatable skill no matter where you are!

I put this in the same category as hotty toddies. Neither are going to cure anything, but I’m not complaining about them either.

I’ve been working on this, too. Not sure when I fell into the trap of “needing” so many things but I’m sure it just causes me more anxiety.

I’m keeping ASH and skipping the country for Thanksgiving. One year I’ll give up ASH, maybe.

My mom let me read her cast off harlequins before my feet could reach the floor, but she wouldn’t let me watch Jaws. 🤷🏻♀️

There’s an audiobook alternative called libro.fm that lets you support an independent bookstore. Good option to avoid audible (Amazon) and enjoy the audio versions.

My mother used to report epinephrine as an allergy because it made her “heart go fast” I eventually told her she could either report that allergy or she could tell them her daughter was in healthcare, but not both.

I typically read a visual book in the mornings and evenings but also have an audiobook for my daily walk and any chores/tasks.
Whether I can handle a distraction depends on many factors and this week, the answer is no.
