I’m of the same mind, the only thing that upset me is menopause. I worked it out with my therapist that I was more upset I was losing the choice and I had no say in it. But now I’m having them removed so it’s a moot issue lmao

This can also be extended to medical and legal questions. Library staff can’t tell you what your meds do, we can’t interpret laws, we cannot give medical/legal/financial advice.
We CAN, however, try to direct you to sources that CAN answer these questions.

Similar here too: a promotion I never would’ve gotten had I stayed where I was. I’m now making double the salary and doing about the same if not less. But my kingdom for either a transporter, a TARDIS, or an electric car.

Same with my car! It was a brand new car but now the mileage is pushing 80k in two years. And don’t get me started on gas prices… But I needed the money. This job saved my life, and I do love it, but I still wish I lived closer 😭
