Pro Tip: When you buy fresh ginger, cut it into small chunks and throw directly into freezer. Use it whenever a recipe calls for fresh ginger. Reasons why: 1. It's EASIER to peel when it's frozen! 2. Avoids food waste. 3. Keeps way longer, which saves you money and is better for the environment.
