Meanwhile there are accounts of LA commuters being attacked by ICE in places with no protesters, provoking the population to fight them. And once again people have found palettes of rock or bricks near protest locations. Where do those come from? News isn’t picking up those stories though.

I get it. I’ve been shouting since 2002.

People like her are WHY Trump is in office. These people who want to set themselves apart now are so ridiculous. Take some responsibility. Start by apologizing. In fact people like her shouldn’t stop apologizing until SHE helps get Trump OUT of office.

Cheap words from someone who funded and supports genocide. I’m not impressed. It’s a nice easy time to score points as a contrast to Trump’s insanity when the bar is so low.

The roots of horse abuse and exploitation by authorities run deep. sentientmedia.org/black-lives-... @sentientmedia.org

Much more accurate.

I also love how many accounts in Los Angeles are of ICE/Feds entering a street without protesters, shooting tear gas at regular traffic and harassing commuters until they are injured or angry and THEN break out more riot gear and say the crowd was violent. MANY accounts.

The she/they or he/they combos tend to mean both are gendered and non-gendered pronouns are fine. In my case she/her or they/them are both my pronouns of comfort equally. Thanks for asking! ā˜ŗļøšŸ«¶

Crazy. Completely crazy.

I appreciate that. I think it’s important for the people who see it to call it out.

Very true. It’s probably going to get a lot worse before it gets better.

šŸ™Œ I couldn’t agree more. And once you spot it you can watch it happen in slow motion, and behavior of these parties becomes more and more predictable. Horrifying and predictable.

Redefining parties based on their behavior instead of ideological broken promises sounds good to me!

Jasmine Crockett would be awesome!

Every time Democrats are called ā€œthe leftā€ I wince. Things have changed. It’s definitely time to update those definitions.

Don’t get me wrong, both Branch Davidians and the Ruby Ridge family were doing some VERY bad stuff. But when you watch the documentaries, it’s obvious the US government made things SO MUCH WORSE. Many innocent people died because of the government, and it could have been avoided. Important to know.

George W Bush was even worse too. That guy couldn’t stick to real words or string together a sensical sentence. Then Obama came along and was ARTICULATE AND LITERATE. It felt like a miracle… He had his issues but hey, at least he sounded remotely professional & capable. That’s a start.

Exactly. It’s completely silly not to consider what kind of power you’re putting into the hands of the other side. Because of course they’ll use it.

So it’s pretty clear that he’s against the constitution and first amendment.

True. Say what you want about Obama. The man could definitely communicate well.

Yeah, good thing we don’t have any risk of an out of control POTUS… oh wait. Yes, it pretty much says if local law enforcement say they need the help and the Secretary of Defense or President determines the risks require lethal force, they’ve got it.

They want to be like Springsteen. Push back on some of the more extreme recent events that have the white population’s attention, then go back to proudly celebrating ā€œthe 250 years of hope and freedom the U.S. has been.ā€ For who? Not BIPOC. It gets me how deeply whitewashed that perspective is.

Dems didn’t even get to vote on who their last presidential candidate was going to be. Can’t protect democracy by not participating in it.

I’d also like to point out that most of the world recognizes BOTH Israel and Palestine as nations. And neither Israel or Palestine is FULLY recognized. So Israel’s nationhood is every bit as in question as Palestine. The only difference is Israel stole Palestinian land to make theirs.
