Any sort of exercise is definitely a great benefit, let it be resistance training or cardio, though neither shouldn be the main way to lose weight. If even just a slight deviation has effects, maybe you are not on enough calloric deficit?

This is almost always the case. It's the same here in my country. You walk around demonstrations and realize most of those people are reasonably unhappy or scared about the future, but not educated or open minded enough, or simply too stubborn, that they point their anger in the wrong direction.

Vore talk in one's native language is truly a surreal experience. I remember me and few other folk decided to one day talk about vore in our native languages and even translate some post we made during roleplays. Never have I ever both cringed and laughed as hard as during that day.

I am more than sure you can find foods and recipes that both taste great and also keep you healthy! And more than likely not even expensive.
And of course, gotta stay positive when it comes to encouraign healthy lifestyle!

Well, once your body gets used to exercising, it's all good and can feel very refreshing afterwards! And healthy food can also taste great, so long as you choose the right ingredients and actually use seasoning. You can absolutely have both in this verse!

Pretty much why I decided I will just be waking up at 3am, so I can still be around people before I head out to work. The "normal" schedule left too much of a feeling of isolation.

I think I will go with this one. Probably the most fun and catchiest song I have heard in years, and I can't get enough of it.

19/ I love the idea of a long term a lot more, since it gives a lot more space for world building and character development, which really enriches the atmosphere, but it takes so much effort on both sides that it rarely works out, so most of the time we stick to something quicker.
