the wealth disparity in general between medical professionals & the people who most need their care is sincerely evil, but that's a systemic issue more than an individual one. im not saying doctors as a rule are evil (though some certainly are), but this aspect of the healthcare system sure is!

that 50 dollars isn't going to make or break someone getting a dentist's salary, but having to choose between worsening my injured hip or paying a 50 dollar cancellation fee is a much bigger deal when you total in at under 12k annually.

depending on what format you get your ebooks in & whether they have DRM, you could try loading them into a program that does text-to-speech for ebup/pdf files :O my mom does that with fanfictions all the time, LOL, i can find out tomorrow what program she uses if you want!

looks like a golden retriever!! 🥰 equally good babies to labs, but much chiller! labs tend to be rambunctious and puppy-like while goldens are more sensitive. u can tell who's who bc goldens have longer fur! but theres also cross breeds so u cant know for sure just by looking at em
