The most recent version of NIXI's RAA for .in domain name registrars explicitly bans the use of VPNs when registering domain names. That was added per request of Indian LEA. So yes, governments are going after legitimate uses of VPNs.

Trump has to uphold the longstanding US tradition of entering into wars based upon lies that flex our imperialist muscles while devastating the lives of millions of civilians. He can't go against hundreds of years of tradition.
