OH back from a trip to deepest Wales to help his mate by doing the welding for the replacement barn doors. It's a good job I went through the contents of his smelly grimy washing before chucking it in the machine, I've found tissues, drill bits & two bars of home made soap that were a present to me.

2hrs in the garden, me working, Elsie chasing flying rings and trying to run off with my tidy tub. I'm having tea and cheesecake, stuff the healthy diet, I've earned it.

After nearly a week of painfully early starts and late walks to avoid the worst of the heat, Elsie and I both slept a bit later and are having a slow start. I think I've got about another 15 minutes before she starts werreting for play (she's been out for the loo at 7 and went back to bed)

Murrayfield Ice Rink in Edinburgh are selling their enormous vinyl collection that they built up over the years to play to skaters. Every Top 40 single for decades! Incredible collection.
