Okay for my first ship, I pick Lewis R. French is a gaff-rigged topsail schooner sailing out of Camden, Maine. Built in 1871, it's a very beautiful ship from my home state.

WETA Lord of the Rings Corsair concept art has them with Polynesian style outriggers (ma) and sails.
You see similar designs with Warhammer Fantasy elves and 40k Battlefleet Gothic Eldar ships, plus junk sails it's the complete non-European sailing tradition aesthetic package.
