This is a heavy journey, and takes courage to do it. For what it's worth, I found it very healing to grieve over the child of my past and let her go. I believe healing is there for you too 💖

We send the event to the app webhook, it alerts the customer in their account, and Stripe emails them. I have the feature turned on which gives the customer a certain grace period and # of retries before ending their subscription. If they can't fix it, they can call us and we just invoice them.
