I'm guessing its used to inject some affiliate codes into common market places (those arrays are for Amazon Japan and Rakuten Japan) and skim off some money from purchases (kind of reminds me of the recent #joinhoney controversy).

It's got all the telltale signs:
- ASCII-encoded URLs hidden in number arrays
- Zero-sized iframes
- Innocuous variable names masking functionality
