No that’s nothing to do with this. Myself and literally millions of others have transferred our Scarlet and Violet game saves just fine. That’s almost the point. This process doesn’t use Cloud Saves at all. It transfers on-device data from one to the other. At least it’s supposed to

Yeah agreed it’s take not a problem for the most part. I have a Steam Deck and for the most part I prefer streaming a lot of games for the battery and fidelity. Granted it’s nice to have native installs for on the go but it’s not a big deal

Worth noting of course that is really still is windows. But with a nice, controller friendly shell over it and some optimisations. Which, let’s be honest, is a game changer for handhelds where Windows is a pain. I’m eyeing up the second hand Ally market atm in prep for sure

No. No they’re absolutely not. Maybe MAYBE they’ll have some kind of emulation of 360 and Xbox One titles, though I sincerely doubt it, but current generation, console exclusive games will NOT run natively on this hardware. Not possible. Now im fine with that. This is an Xbox “PC” after all

I’m so sorry for your loss. With have a little old lady we rescued and the existential dread follows me every day. Dogs are the purest of creatures. Important to understand (despite their confusing marketing) it is NOT an Xbox. It is just a windows PC. Windows 11 Home to be precise. It just has a custom “full screen experience mode” - it absolutely is possible to boot & install other OS
