As far as time, it's quite fast. I made the font in a couple hours, minus tweaking it after testing it out.

Thank you! I just found a "normal" font that I liked (a celtic inspired one) and did an "Import TTF". Then I cleaned it up in the editor. It has support for most extended Latin characters, but I had to use FontForge to do anything that wasn't covered there (I think Cyrillic isn't supported on here?)
