See, but I tried google, and the only source I could find for the claim in the video is the video itself. I'm not inclined to believe stuff without evidence, even when the claim supports my beliefs and worldviews.

But even small media isn't reporting on it. Plenty of articles have been critical of the bill but I haven't seen any mention a tax increase below the poverty line... I don't even doubt it, I just want to see anyone other than Jimmy Gomez confirm it. =P
