This is UNACCEPTABLE! You not only lost $8-$16 in overpriced fares today, but are losing two riders who desperately want to use transit. DO BETTER!! If your driver went rogue, tell them to do better. Note to @ottawacity.bsky.social people wonāt use unreliable service.
