Step down. You are not meeting this moment.

And it took until 1954 for
it to recover.

As we all know, estrogen is highly contagious.

Step aside from your leadership position, please.

Please step down as leader in the Senate. We need someone who is right for the time, and you are not that person.
comment in response to

Please step aside. You are the wrong leader for this time.

The Democratic Party has become the party of the intelligent and reasonable. Problem is, they’re a minority.

Seriously. The worst Kennedy. Doesn’t seem like anyone else in the family even speaks to him.

I would never suggest that she’s somehow innocent in this situation. But, sheesh. She has money and she at least did have a career. She obviously doesn’t trust the guy. Why stay married to someone like that, especially someone as odious as RFK Jr.

Larry is too good for her.

He reminds me of Littleface from Dick Tracy.

Why do women stay married to men they can’t trust?

I was blocked from reading it. They give you a couple of free reads each month, and I apparently have exceeded mine.

We’ll never see another accurate jobs report.

He’s talking about republicans who are privately upset and concerned with what Trump and Musk are doing but fail to speak about it in public.
But you’re right—Schumer and Jeffries are wrong for this time—they seem to be living in a 1980’s time warp.

Marco Rubio is the least of our problems right now and probably the most normal person in the Trump admin.

I’m worried about my mother’s social security. She also has a pension, but she needs both to live.
comment in response to

Senators nearly always vote to confirm other senators as a professional courtesy. And, frankly, Marco Rubio is the least odious of Trump’s nominees.

They are doing everything they can do. Just because you don’t personally see it doesn’t mean it’s not happening.

Republican leaders in Congress are sitting back and allowing all this to happen. They have the power to stop it and they refuse. Direct your more at them, and maybe at the idiots who voted Dems out of office because of eggs.
comment in response to
post
Oh, stop. This is ridiculous. Democrats were voted out of power, and they are doing everything they can to respond to the egregiously illegal acts that have been undertaken by Trump and Musk. Unless you’re expecting a Democratic Jan 6 insurrection, these processes are going to take time.
comment in response to
post
And nevermind that not only do Dems hold no power, but they have follow legal processes to respond to these illegal power grabs, and following the law takes time.

Seriously. What’s he talking about?

No, “everyone” does not know that.

Come on. They’re not doing nothing. And where are you?

Jesus, guys. Muster up some passion and vigor, please. Or step aside and let someone else do it.

He’s basically an eighth grader delivering a book report. Is there really any question why people don’t vote for Democrats with lackluster leaders like these?

So we’re trusting information from someone who is hiding his or her own identity. Got it.

Exactly. When I was a kid we just called them weird or re****d. I can think of about a dozen kids I know in junior high who were likely on the autism spectrum. We just didn’t call it that then, and we didn’t have the diagnosis. Those poor kids suffered so much sadness and heartache.

You need a better plan.

I was wondering about this.
comment in response to

Why don’t you step aside and let a vibrant leader like Chris Murphy or Brian Schatz lead the Democratic resistance in the Senate. You clearly are not up to the task.

Which Trump will refuse to sign. This isn’t the answer.
