Trump himself had 6 bankruptcies as a shoddy businessman and was notorious for not paying contracts and clients. Even Sesame Street made fun of his shady tactics. To have him negotiate a trade deal is utterly laughable.

I honestly think that this is exactly what he had in mind. While I don't have the exact stats, blue cities and blue states seem to get the most tourists. Trump just wants to find another way to screw over blue areas. Remember that during his first term he denied aid to blue states.
