I bought coffee at Walmart in Feb and it was $13 and change for a box of 24 pods. Today it was $15 and change. But, still cheaper than Publix.

I do not shop where I have to scan and bag my own purchases. I am not an employee of Lowes or anywhere else, why should I have to do their work? Hell, even Walmart gives customers a choice between self checkouts and cashiers.

It is amazing how well blind pets get around. My Weim is almost 14 and blind. She know where everything in the house is and can manage to get around the back yard with no issues.

Kind of makes me wonder if my mother's marriage to my father was actually legal.
comment in response to post
Yes. The last time I renewed my license it required provided my birth certificate, marriage license and my divorce decree. Annoying is right!

My guess is that none of the changes were made legally. My grandmother changed my mother's last name every time she got married. She got married under a last name not on her birth certificate. Nana just changed em and nobody questioned it.

Ran across an envelope today that contained what I had to have the last time I renewed my DL. It contains: My BC (certified copy), my marriage license and my divorce decree. I had to make a trip home to get it all to get my DL several years ago.

To the contrary, for Belle rain is fine, puddles, especially with mud, are great, creeks and ponds, super. But a bath is death.

I thought he got told the last time he wanted a military parade that the DC streets can't handle the weight of the equipment he wants.

And, except for certain places, they can't do public transportation worth a damn.
comment in response to post
This. The public transportation system in this country is a joke. For me to take a bus to work required me to be on the bus stop no later than 6:30, and I didn't have to be at work until 8:30.

With the exception of a 1966 Dodge Dart, all American cars I have owned have been replete with problems. My current vehicle, a 2004 Lexus RX330 has been pure gold. It was assembled in Japan. I have owned it since 2015. Love it!

"Tow" the line where exactly? What an idiot.

I stopped using @Grubhub when they cancelled an order because "an ingredient was not available" then reordered the same thing from a different service and got it. Also, Grubhub drivers used to pick up food and just keep it.

Should there be a credit to Randy Rainbow for the ruby slippers?

I don't have to agree with what Mr. Kahlil states, but I will defend his right to state it. See First Amendment.

I could have chickens where I live. After I pass a course, get a predator proof coop, buy feed, get the chickens. Oh, and I would have to make sure the chickens could not be seen by my neighbors.

Who is going to tell Mike Johnson that he doesn't get to tell the leader of another country what to do? Apparently, the US media won't.

My youngest grand started reading the Percy Jackson books. Since then, she has asked to learn Greek and read both the Iliad and the Odyssey. It's amazing where reading will lead.

is now telling me there are nothing they can do because I took more than an hour to let them know. Guess they don't care that customers are the ones that pay their salaries.
