Yeah, those kids being bombed voted for Hamas, so it's okay they're getting killed.

You don't hate what they've done if you're saying that.

They're ensuring the next generation of voters is legitimately too brain damaged to question things

If ur more focused on making sure someone's internal feelings match vaguely with your idea of how they Should than real issues I don't believe you care about trans issues

You're not listening to me. You've sat here and gone in logic circles about how it's totally okay to police trans people, but calling out ableism is not okay. You complain about being misunderstood but I don't think you're misunderstood at all. You're just saying shitty things.

That's not what transmedicalism is. It's not about erasure. It's about determining who is and isn't really trans. It's transphobia.

Do you have a source for this original definition?

We've already had this conversation. Reread what I wrote.

So if someone did blackface and claimed it was self-identification, you think that's okay? If someone pretended to be autistic you think that's okay? You really think those things are totally fine and ableism/racism isn't real if you simply "identify" as being a minority that you're not?
comment in response to

Lol no. You're just being ableist as fuck at this point and it's annoying me how you're claiming to be in good faith. This kind of stupid stuff is exactly why disabled people are constantly failed by the wider queer community.

What about people who medically transition because of social dysphoria alone?
comment in response to

Wrong. Cis means you identify with your assigned gender. This is the issue with using dysphoria to determine transness. They're highly related, but people can experience it without being trans.

Trans means you don't identify with your assigned gender.
comment in response to

Okay but what is dysphoria to you? Because you said it can be a lot of things, and therefore is vague. So defining it off of that instead of the actual definition makes no sense to me.

Nobody is erasing it here.

You're literally changing what trans means lmao

You can't simply identify as having a disability that you don't have, knowingly. That's not how it works. It is extremely ableist to suggest otherwise. This is completely ignoring actually disabled people in favor of those who think it's totally okay to roleplay as a minority.
comment in response to

I'm not assuming. I'm telling you that it is ableist, according to the vast majority of people with disabilities, to identify with a disability you know you do not have. You're not being open-minded at all.
comment in response to

People that have disabilities are not exempt from the same standards others face. Someone being disabled does not give them the pass to be racist, ableist, sexist, or anything else. You're prioritizing ableism over disabled people while claiming the opposite.

What about cis people who experience gender dysphoria?
comment in response to
post
My answer is that, if you believe dysphoria is needed to be trans, then wouldn't that include simply not identifying with your assigned gender? Isn't that a form of dysphoria? So all trans people are trans
comment in response to
post
I assume you mean cis men who aren't GNC?
comment in response to
post
There are trans people who are not going to use that term. It doesn't make them not trans. They're trans because of not identifying as their assigned gender. If you see that as being a form of dysphoria, then you don't need to worry about this topic anyway since all trans people would be included
comment in response to
post
Not everyone is going to use the term dysphoria, not everyone uses it the same, not everyone figures out dysphoria before they realize they're trans. Even if you count dysphoria as being any form of disconnect between assigned gender and identity, not everyone will use the term that way.

You have them. Transgender for people who don't identify with their assigned gender, transsexual for people who medically transition, and gender non-conforming for those who don't conform to gender in a more general sense.
