Yes, it's multifactorial but I did find it interesting that your work suggests it's not per se the differences in CAA preference as you suggest. And to @drtfromkc.bsky.social - modified dosing does decrease ARIA. Donanemab increased ARIA in E3 but modified dose/escalation reduces it.
