I’m not going to continue this on Todd’s post after this comment, but I do have a foolproof way to make sure a terrible guy doesn’t get to do terrible things that you don’t agree with - **don’t vote for him.** Problem solved.

I’d have more respect or empathy for them if they didn’t defend the act of shipping people to death prisons in El Salvador or abortion laws that will lead to deaths.
I evaluate these people as they are. Not as I wish they were.
They aren’t being good people. And they shouldn’t need to be asked.

Trump is like Tom McDonald - if his script changed, so would the results. The pure grift is what enables him to be successful. And I think even staunch conservatives will admit that the “Trump-loving” segment of their party is a cesspit. But they also know that they need their votes. So here we are.

This is solely my perspective, and it’s definitely harsh, but hardcore Trump voters are pathetic. They’re dysfunctional emotionally and looking for people to blame for their disappointing existences. Those targets always change - the poor, women, transgenders, the mentally ill. Wash, repeat.

They “like” him because he says everything they want to hear, and they’re pathetic, delusional, and in denial about the world around them. If he started saying how he actually felt or started saying things that actually made sense, they’d look for someone else. He’s catering to an existing market.

I’ll say this forever - NOBODY likes Donald Trump. Nobody. Not his family, not his party, not his insane voters, not even his VP. He’s a bright orange means to an end. Vance will absolutely take that shot.

The “fuck my life” line was so out of place I almost insta-paused.

I think they’re both Michael Douglas this time though.

See I’m just glad that Dale Earnhardt is still alive under a secret identity.

I still don’t understand the appeal of “Tipsy.” Its incredible chart durability is the greatest pop mystery for me after “how did Peter Capaldi’s kid get THAT big.”

They should’ve just used Glenn Howerton from Blackberry five times.

My personal take is, she’s put herself in a weird situation because she burned a LOT of her fandom’s goodwill with the Scarlet prerelease banter, basically calling her old music fake crap; the actual album did well but her next one will face an uphill battle commercially if it isn’t as undeniable.

Doja’s last album did really well though, didn’t it?

I can't believe he'd go on to be The Worst TV Principal Ever on 13 Reasons Why.

Morgan Wallen being unseated by a song named "Ordinary" would be SO fitting. He's the musical version of khaki pants.

Ok am I the only one who thinks Brandon Flowers sounds like Malcolm McDowell when he sings? This has (mildly) bothered me for YEARS.
