Given that every accusation is a confession, his use of the term "rape" in this context is very disturbing.

I once had tea grown in the UK: tasted like boiled lawn clippings. When coffee hits $10 per pound Americans will start drinking speed in boiled water in the morning (& you'll have to boil the water before drinking it).

The EU beef (sorry!) with the chicken is that it's washed in chlorine, as in the pool chemical that turns your hair green.

The problem with this OpEd is that it doesn't note the actual point of DOGE, which is to make government so ineffective & inefficient that it is discredited in the eyes of its citizens. Then the "free market" can step into the vacuum left by the destruction of public services (& f@#€ you).

Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution says Congress shall have the power to: "To establish Post Offices and post Roads". Privitization of USPS is unconstitutional, period. Let's see how maga does without mail service.

I actually think denying women the right to vote (including conservative women) is the explicit goal. See Marcotte's recent writings on MAGA misogyny.

Under this bill, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (b. Mayerhofer) (R-FL) could theoretically be denied the right to vote, but Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez not, because Luna's birth certificate name does not match her current name (unless, of course, Luna has legal documentation of her name change). Irony?

This is in London; would be nice of it were hung up in Görlitz, where 47%of voters supported the AfD (highest in Germany).
