Apparently part of the concern is the thought that if somebody sends money unsolicited, they would be given your full information by default. That is, somebody could try to "tip" you $1 out of the blue and get your info in the receipt.

Two things work for me - doing it first thing in the morning, and making it a regular habit: I do _something_ every day. Once you get over the initial hurdle establishing a daily habit, they are harder to break. Of course, I also just have a home gym, which also helps in my case. 😅
