COBRA is crazy expensive. I'm doomed if the hubs ever loses his job. One of my meds is $33,000 a month. It's basically magic miracle pills as far as I'm concerned, but there's no keeping it without good insurance.

Lis, I'm not sure if I ever told you, but my husband is a rural mail carrier here in Washington. I don't think most people understand just how much work being a carrier is. Until recently when Amazon finally started delivering on our island he'd been working 70+ hour weeks since covid.

Franks been our house mascot for years now. His hat used to be mine, but it looks much better on him. 😅 He's fully articulated, including a wired posable tail. Sadly, he lost a hand, so I made him a hook replacement. My husband found little Izzy for me last year. They make me smile every day.

Absolutely. For years we've "joked" about their claim that they offer the news. We've said that they lie, which is true, but not the whole truth. The reality is they've spent years brainwashing people with a steady stream of lies and intentionally misleading information. There must be consequences.

My eldest was obsessed with HP when he was young and the hubs and I read the series together, so it held a special place for us. Once we saw what she was, we jusy stopped buying merch or games or watching any new movies. Clothes and collectibles were donated. Washed our hands of that vile wretch.

Sooo many people adore lavender, and I can't even stand the smell of it. It makes my nose itch immediately. Maybe I'm mildly allergic??? My mother LOVES lavender and keeps buying me stuff made with it no matter how many times I tell her I like Lilac scent not Lavender.

We were a big Harry Potter family until we found out she was such a vile wretch. My eldest was obsessed with the books when he was little. We stopped buying anything HP related including the games. Even favorite clothes from before have been donated to charity.

I recommend doing your own research to see if other people are reporting the same symptom. I've been having cardiologic symptoms since last summer that they can't find a cause for. Found out on my own that the depo shots I was on could have caused it.

Me too. When he won the election my faith in Americans was devastated. I just try to remember that many of those that voted for him are poorly educated and have been fed a steady stream of lies for years. I'm still mad at them, but trying not to hate them for it.
