Latin, history, English teacher. I like old things, animals, words and books. I will piggyback on word threads to talk about Latin - so be warned.

Once you start rationalizing your behavior, it's hard to stop -impossible if you can't admit that you were wrong. She bought into the Don-con because it was easy & she was lazy. Now she can't jump off the crazy train without damage to her self-image. Scapegoating-easy; apologizing-hard

8. Again- American hostages- should we sacrifice them?
10. you really think allies are worthless? this action threatens Ukraine- don't you care about them?
It's really easy to give orders from the peanut gallery, but statecraft's not simple. In the end -this is on Bibi and Hamas

5. this is not a serious answer.
6. See Number 2- Israel is an ally. Especially given recent events- do you really think it's OK to burn bridges? You're seeing now how Bibi behaves when no one is trying to hold him back.

1. Doing this without UN/Israel approval risks a territorial war like Iraq and the lives of our pilots. You OK with that?
2. yes- and risk leaving the American hostages behind if Bibi stops negotiating releases?
4. When did he brutalize protestors? police presence on campuses was local.

Seriously when that's all ya got, ya got nothing. And unless you can credibly tell me what what he should have done differently, you aren't worth more of my time than it took to write this.

JUST STOP! Trump won because more poeple voted for him based on lies, distractions and stunts. They were aided by newsmedia like you who prefer the laziness of innuendo and speculation over journalism. Even now- you are revisiting the past instead of holding Trump accountable for the present.

The interview should have ended as soon as she refused to stipulate to facts: " I'm sorry- but if you refuse to acknowledge factual information, this interview is futile- goodbye". At that point, she had her chance at a rebuttal and blew it.

Unless you can show concrete proof that non Americans voting in elections is a problem this isn't a serious response. You are depriving some constituents of rights to pander to others who believed election lies. Novel idea- tell the truth instead of spouting disinformation.

He's got this backwards. In the real world, it's the thieves, and robbers who are quiet-- so they won't get caught and the victims who cry out for help. And it's con artists who try to twist the truth so they can grift. So now we know what he is.

I have to disagree- My classes have been having fun with proverbs in Latin precisely because this isn't true. It spits back whatever it finds and can't reconcile a variety of choices for meaning or grammar. Even a literal translation is wrong unless someone has already answered the question

Well- JD says his culture taught him remorse- yet he still lies a lot for personal gain. (see any of a hundred statements he's made in the last few years) He also doesn't seem to want his kids to learn how to apologise for all those mistakes they'll make. Not the best role model for his poor kids
