One big 'enshittification' is how Gmail sold us on 'never delete an email' at launch. Then they imposed a 15Gb limit for drive, gmail, etc. Between docs, spam and old stuff I labeled but didn't delete, I am at 80% and rising. I don't have time to clean it out, so suddenly I become a revenue source.

In the grand scheme of things at the moment, receiving a 1-star review on your business page is small. This review indicates repeated communication breakdowns when the caregiver called off. That should be correctable, so it is feedback we need to receive.
