It's frustrating. My company meeting today was some MBA saying we don't need engineers in 3 years. At a software company. Sir, who do you think keeps the lights on. I mean even AWS doesn't run itself? I don't care how many times you use AI in the sentence, it's not realistic.

It's common for idiots like Lutnick to yell cloud without considering cost,or use case. Putting something in the cloud doesn't mean you suddenly never need another IT person.
