Don't forget trying to sell an unpopular free trade agreement to the Midwest while taking them for granted. If there's one place where fta's are incredibly unpopular, it's Michigan and Wisconsin.

Get out of office, you old fuck. You sold us out.

And that one is my senator. Fucking useless.

Of course, but the same problem arises every time it's called out: what the fuck are we gonna do about it?

And because Michigan feels like it only needs to be slightly better than Ohio, we didn't vote her progressive challenger. Warned people about slotkin.

I think she's just losing sleep because people launch fireworks the entire week of and after the 4th.

Conservatism by it's own nature as an ideology has always been anti democratic. Liberalism to a large extent is also.

Ann doesn't look crazy. She looks tired.

Also that's why the only people actually fighting trump/musk effectively are the few left of center dems and none of them are in leadership positions. Conservatives don't want to leave the party because they're getting what they want. They just don't like the rhetoric.

Except you're pretending that trump/musk aren't doing what right wingers want all along. That's part of why dem leadership is having trouble fighting them. They're not all that against what trumps doing, just how he's doing it.

The moderate republican party is the democrats for the most part. This doesn't fix anything. Whether they become democrats or join another party, they would lose their base and would wind up just like the libertarian party. We don't need another right wing party. We need a left wing one.

I would say we absolutely are doing that to trans people and the immigrants in gitmo.

I would love for them to expand on the details. My guess? Tax cuts for the rich.

No. I mean by the numerous staff members who described an absent president and an administration being run by 2 factions of staffers with differing ideologies. His wife and chief of staff literally wouldn't allow staffers anywhere near him. Face it, biden was a corpse in office.

Almost like it's a cult. Almost.
comment in response to post
While I agree, it's quite wrong to say that the only issue with biden was "a cold." especially after everything that's came out after he left.

... Now?

I hope you're right, but I'm not convinced.

Need lots of things. Meaningful political power being necessary for most of it.

The tea party was astroturfed by billionaires. The left doesn't have that.

It's Medicare for all. Not Medicare for all who voted the right way.

Ukraine because of that suspicion and because he thought he was undermining NATO. Now, considering the talks were about Finland and later Sweden, all putin did was justify NATOs existence further so it was dumb on his part. Thats what he's leaving out, but it's not not true what he's saying.
comment in response to post
Not necessarily. It was rumors started as far back as Bush that Crimea and Ukraine were joining NATO. After Bush stated that rumor (which was that he wanted them to join) putin annexed Crimea. Years later, the rumor resurfaced during NATO talks that weren't about Ukraine, but putin attacked...
