Honestly, I followed you for sports and Shark Tank, and I only follow sports people and John Green.
I generally read your stuff, but agree so I do nothing. I am on BlueSky, because I want to read what you say without supporting Elon, not have a conversation.

No, there are so many terrible coaches that impact the game more.
A recent example. Justin Fields had a hard time winning in Chicago. He went to Pittsburgh which has roughly the same talent level and went 4-2 and threw one interception in 6 games.
Wins are a coaching stat, not a QB stat.

...and he is leaving a failure. DOGE's best case is cutting 2% of the budget, and that is wildly overstated.
He crashed his car sales, failed to get influence over the budget, got sidelined by Republicans for losing Wisconsin, and is losing all his tax credits.

They shouldn't adopt negative policies. Trump is a charismatic candidate who makes hatefulness and lies seem palatable. That doesn't stand up against real policy.
He has zero accomplishments right now aside from being hateful. Wars and economy are the same or worse. Eventually, results matter.

It probably has to do with officiating and ease of the onside team recognizing where the ball is. If the ball is contacted on the yard line marker, you don't need a review.

I thought the "New Cities" push was tech libertarians trying to create independent fiefdoms where U.S. laws didn't apply and they had their own currency. This has failed everywhere it has been tried.
I didn't think many people actually wanted new cities or that this was a serious topic.

Fields completed 65% of his passes, went 4-2, and threw one interception in his starts last year. He had a competent coach and was competent, then Tomlin screwed it one up.
They should have traded Russ as he clearly wasn't the future. They would have made the playoffs and Fields gets credit.

What about COGS increases? Businesses order desks, computers, machinery, uniforms, and a host of other things from overseas. The bakery and bakers are in America, but almost everything inside the bakery (including chocolate) is imported.
If they go American or continue to import, costs go up.

Poll numbers down, so he's about to get more hateful. You're the one giving the hate air to breathe.
Why not say that fewer than 1% are trans? Why not say nationwide it is about 50 athletes? Why not say this is like the 17th most important topic to Dems?
You're amplifying hate for clicks.

Last Season
Sanders Y/A - 8.7
Stough Y/A - 8.2
Last Season was the only season in 7 that Stough was decent. He won no college awards and was never considered a good player. His completion % was 10 points lower and he threw for 1,000 fewer yards. Give me a break.

He was a journeyman in college, but he is a pro prospect? He is basically Christian Hackenburg. The Saints wasted the pick. At least Sanders would bring excitement. The Saints are a frustrating team to root for. We have to suffer through the terrible Carr signing with no hope now.

Penning was very, very bad, and I am not sure why he wasn't cut after being benched two seasons ago. Getting rid of him isn't a sign of who they will draft. It is a common sense move from anyone who has seen him play. They can surely get a mid round pick to outperform him.

It is coming to a free market. Everyone in America gets paid as much as they can. College athletes should too.

I found it enjoyable. Why not make more at a lower cost?

Dems didn't lose 2016 or 2024 due to conservatism. They lost because they ran women. Sexism and racism lost both races.
If your policies are the same, that's the stuff that matters to people.
If we're going to get past the social issues, you need to offer something distinctly better.

Why would they give up? For all the problems, the mission was a success. The astronauts successfully made it and the craft returned to Earth safely.
Fix the problems and keep going. Tesla is blowing up Starships left and right and no one is calling to shut them down.

Remember in 2024 when Elon fired the entire super charger team then hired some back he realized the mistake?
Elon isn't an engineer. He needed those people, and now he's losing this battle.

You're coming off as a weak loser. Just retire and let people who understand America in 2025 take charge.

Retirement. His game was extending plays and throwing moonballs, and he can't extend plays anymore. Love Russ, but Father Time is undefeated. He's not the same athlete.

SAS signed a 6 year, $120M deal in December. How exactly were things bad for him?

I was wondering the same thing. None of them generate profits from business. I guess some will be considered currencies.

Are you talking about the ones where once you got enough XP, they were available to purchase in the item shop?
comment in response to

The right has systematically bought or sued all of the ways we mobilized in 2020. They have turned their algorithms to limit the reach of any dissent while pumping Republican propaganda.
The resistance seems to be forming here and on Reddit, but it will take time. Algorithms control America now.

I guess I'm old. I remember rocking both Cube and NWA, Biggie and Pac, Nas and Jay, and 50 and Ja Rule. Pretty sure I am still going to listen to both Drake and Kendrick.
It's a rap beef. They come and go.

Yes. If that is evidence, please take it to your local police station. They will either open a case or refer it to the FBI.
If they do not do either, they will explain to you why they will not.
If Drake is actually a pedophile, you are allowing him to walk free by not taking action. Step Up.
comment in response to

I don't think you know what a pedophile is. It doesn't involve texting or performing at birthday parties.
When a victim actually accuses Drake of wrongdoing, then you have my attention.
Right now, y'all are like crazy Republicans during PizzaGate. You literally believe and defend a lie.
comment in response to

Yes, your town's police. Show them the evidence, and they will start an investigation or call the FBI.
He hasn't been accused by anyone but a lying rapper. There is no conspiracy theory. There's simply no real evidence of wrongdoing.
Once again, it was a lie in a song.
comment in response to
post
Yes, he was. He was credibly accused by a victim, charged, jailed, and arrested as a result. There is a mountain of evidence of his crimes.
The evidence against Drake is a rap song, text messages the receiver said were innocent, and a concert video with a closed mouth kiss. See the difference?
comment in response to

Drake is a human being. You don't think that seeing the entire world make fun of and hate you makes a difference because he has money? Does that make any sense at all?
How would you feel if someone lied about you and this happened. Would money matter?
comment in response to

Then get off your keyboard and call the cops! Seriously, stop singing along to a song and take action.

I am a person that needs evidence to persecute someone. It was a rap beef full of lies.
I don't want to end a man's career over a lie. If he is R Kelly or Puff, then arrest him, but no legal authority has said anything.
No one gave me real proof. He texted someone. Really?
comment in response to

Dude, we all talk about Trumpers being bad, but we have destroyed Drake over nothing. There's no evidence he is a pedophile. It's a lie in a song.
He is not charged or arrested, because there is no proof he did anything wrong. It's just a lie.

So who is a better comparison?
Both 9X allstars. PG 6X All NBA, AD 5X NBA. PG 4X All Defensive, AD 5X All Defensive. I would expect some stat differential due to position.
AD is not in the best center debate with Embiid, Jokic and probably Wemby. He isn't a better forward than Giannis.

I like AD. I didn't really think the comparison was a negative.

True, but PG also didn't play alongside the best or second best player ever.

I like AD, and he's a top 10 player in the league. He's not a number 1 option on a Championship team though. I loved him on the Lakers, but I have never (in his entire career) thought of him like Jokic, Embiid, or Giannis. He's big man Paul George to me. A HOF complementary piece.

I am saying to be fair, analyze the issue medically, and render a result. You are discriminating based on nothing more than your opinion. Can you not see that you are the discriminatory one? You have a bias based on nothing.
