Yep it's about making sure your roster has all the skills ets, not that each position has the "traditional" skill set. Could still argue Magic lack high-end creation ability, but the starting roster ticks a lot of boxes (passing, handling, better shooting, size, POA defense, etc)

Interesting! I would see Fox as swapping some of the creation duties from Paolo/Franz (which would be a positive) but not accentuating those two strengths as much

It's just hard for a team to acquire that sort of player. I don't love this Magic ceiling still but do think it maximizes the ceiling of Franz/Paolo without getting a player better than them

Great detail all-around! Really appreciate the realistic median outcomes - reality is not every prospect will fully develop

Who the next manager is matters a lot less for Tottenham than how they construct the squad, though. Even though I don’t think Ange did a good job last season, lack of depth beyond the first choice XI was a much bigger problem. Spurs’ bench players were simply not any good.

This part is much more a Levy/technical direction/sporting director issue than Ange. Felt clear over season lack of quality (not just interesting youth) was an issue, and attempting to compete hard on two fronts was folly.

He is named Ajay not Aay

A lot of Kon’s best passing moments were in lobs to Malauch. Good placement on those, but definitely a synergistic relationship there. Kon had flashes of non-roll man passes (skip to corner notably) but far from consistent “every-down” lead operator style

You’ve hit the nail on the head on his assertiveness. You see it sometimes with Hali where he won’t try harder offense and instead pass it along. Not saying Reed is Hali, but try some stuff! Your shot is great, stretch it out some!

And @markrussellpereira.bsky.social has pointed out, the Jazz owe their top-8 protected pick to...you guessed it! the OKC Thunder!
