despite been such a big book it sells remarkably well in hardback and paper , and keeps the print costs down

okay ,, the other trick I used to fit everything in to my omnibus edition was I went up a couple of book size sizes, which took it down from around 900 pages to 523 ‎ 17.78 x 3.33 x 25.4 cm ‎ 12.7 x 1.7 x 20.32 cm its a hefty book, but the main reason it exists is for the kindle version

ouch, how many chapters does it have? I had a similar issue with the omlibus edition of the Hannibal Misadventures, because it was three novels, a short story and a novella in one hardback I dropped a point of font size to tighten it up but that was also down to page max imposed by the publisher

Well, when I type set any book I always typeset chapters to begin on the right handed page . Even if this mean the left is blank as the previous chapter ended on a right handed page I do this because it feels right. starting a chapter on the left feels ikie, I can not tell you why , it just does

For refence, his answer was "go to the toilet you have felt comfortable going to since the first day you came in here." His rock bar, frequented by the local Hells Angels, as well as every shade and gender, has a trans flag over the bar. It is a gritty dive bar, that welcomes all equally

My son runs a rock bar in Leeds After the recent court judgement he was upset when several regulars came up to him if the bars policy was going to be that they should start using the mens. he wasn't upset about them asking he was upset for them that they felt they needed to asked him

The light we see in the night sky was cast out from states hundreds if not millions of years ago. yet there are stars so distant the light from them has yet to reach us the universe is vast beyond comprehension yet we worry when we can not find our keys

Oh my giddy aunt, I need to write that down in a note book and lose the note book long enough to think I came up with it myself Would be a perfect barman for a passing place sequel

oh it is entirely true when he was chairman of the UAPA’s Department of Public Criticism he embarked on a campaign to advocate the use of ‘British English’ over ‘American English’ which he believed, in typical xenophobic style, to be a bastardised version of the language watered down by immigrants
