Ah, I am so sorry. This happened to us with four generations of family and a house near-ish the coast in Maine last summer. We ended up in a house in a ski area, which is of course less “summer.”

As a mom whose birthday is May 4th, the only way to top our particular mess is the way my ex’s birthday (6/20) nestles up to Father’s Day. I figure my kids are doing great if they remember one.
