Agriculture is about the only industry that doesn't get EPA licences to discharge to waterways.
All other industries can apply

If you have a herd number and there are TB reactor herds nest you, you will be notified. If there's no reactors, there's no reason to contact you.

I disagree.
Every farm environmental scheme has been oversubscribed despite low payments and currently no payments.
Emissions are down, water quality improving, fertiliser use down, signpost programme, EIP water quality investment embraced.
As for voting green, that's hardly farmer friendly.
