How many lights did you stack?
Unfortunately two (Starlink?) satellites are faintly visible. You could remove them from the stack by sigma/kappa stacking or excluding the lights with the trails.

The HEQ5 Pro is only the mount.
You need to consider another 2-4K €/$ for the rest:
- optical telescope assembly
- field flattener
- camera ZWO ASI 294/1600/2600?
- filters?
- dew heaters
- guide scope
- guide camera ZWO ASI 120mm
