No sleep for ICE tonight as activists found their hotel again. Hotel managers have to decide whether that GSA per diem money is worth having their hotel completely surrounded 24/7 by protesters.

These ICE protests aren't just protests. They are direct actions, with strategy behind them calculated to protect our neighbors and loved ones from kidnapping and torture. Activists are debating and experimenting with and fine-tuning tactics with the goal of disrupting and delaying ICE trafficking.

The statement is wrong from the very first sentence. Because this was an application on the emergency docket, we know only that (1) there were at least five votes to grant the application; and (2) Justice Jackson would have denied. But the Court didn't tell us where the other votes were. Not 8-1.
