it might still have to do with shader precision errors, uninkable surfaces might just have a boolean flag so the game doesn’t need to check for ink before letting you roll. don’t quote me on this tho lol

lmfao if it happened again i’d start questioning if they did it on purpose

I kinda expected this to be the case, since the web applet is only used in a few games and to log into public wifi hotspots, so having dark mode support isn't too much of a concern for them. still, the NSO applet is a web app hosted on Nintendo's servers, so how *do* they set the theme for it?

not to mention that it’d be severely bottlenecked from the constant internet -> cpu -> gpu pipeline

it’s gotten to a point where there are a bunch of larger scale 3d printed projects i wanna make, but i never even start prints since i know they’re probably gonna fail and i don’t really have the time to babysit my 3d printer

i mean tbf the bambu lab a1 is not that expensive, but it is much more restricted firmware wise. still i’d much rather have a closed source firmware tied to a cloud service than a printer that fails 85% of prints because it felt like it

i’ve heard people say ā€œbuy an ender 3 if you want a toy to tinker with, buy a bambu a1 if you want a toolā€. this is wrong tho since toys are supposed to be fun to play with
