It's not a false equivalence. People here are suggesting this repeat child rapist (5 years old btw) hasn't been deported because he's serving his sentence and that he subsequently would be. That is bullshit, he's been allowed to stay because he's been deemed vulnerable.

It can't be a serious argument that you don't implement a far more efficient cost effective system because a tiny minority (may) struggle with new technology. As James says, it's going to happen anyway, better Labour do it than Reform.
