I was invited on GB News for the Faith book. Couldn't square that one at all.

So flooded with meetings today I've not had a chance to confirm I'm right. Fair assumption though.

I'm going to file the only vote for Jimmy Jimmy because it transplants me so accurately and disorientatingly to a fun point in my early teens that I feel like I'm tripping.

Woah. And away we go.

Maybe they should've put that in the blurb.

I'm sure it fits very nicely with all his other fancy, bejewelled, ironic songs. They're not going on my tape.

You couldn't put it on a compilation tape though, could you? A totally unsequencable song like... like...

The first of very many Brian Wilson-related records I bought was the solo album in 1988 when I was 16. A big family fave. Love this photo of me and my little sister still singing along to it 25 years later.

Having looked again, it's the first few pages setting up a chapter, but yeah, maybe I'll feel emboldened to share.

Was about to muscle in and say this was my experience with Twin Peaks – and then saw that was the prompt.
