Germany 2025 would never allow what is happening here to happen there again.

Additional footage on this feed, pin and heart it to keep it trending.
Stay safe when demonstrating, let someone know you are going who won’t be there, write their number down, leave your phone at home, or use a faraday bag ($25). Keep it peaceful! They are looking for any reason to block protests.

The Gaza talk belong in the "Look over here" distraction group.
I see it as a way to deflect attention from the visceral gutting of our government agencies, and atrocious confirmations of cabinet members.
Next week Elon will announce a robot chicken has been invented to solve the egg price crisis.

I was on the runforsomething.net call with Rep. Frost
Good people, we need thousands more like him!
Consider visiting RunForSomething and checking if there are any local offices you can run for to be the voice of reason and change!

Only $25 for one used by actual forensic investigators, cheap peace of mind too

Look for a used android that you can flash a degoogled aosp rom to, or a used degoogled phone.
For service pay cash for a prepaid sim card, or search AweSim, encriptados.io or Cape SIM cards.

LOL, the phones are easy, it’s the service that’s hard to get anonymized.

Android phones OFF Helps.
Apple you need a faraday bag, OFF isn’t truly off.
Honestly $25 for a bag is cheap peace of mind, and you can easily test that it truly works by calling from another phone, and playing music through bluetooth headphones.
About $300 for a dedicated android degoogled phone

5/ If you are going to take a device into a protest zone, make sure it is a burner, and secured. Failing that, put your phone in a faraday bag before nearing the location.
Plan ahead, stay aware, and prioritize your safety and the safety of those joining you at your demonstration. FIN

4/ Apple’s “Find My” is always active, meaning your location is broadcast even if you turn off your phone.
Use a Faraday bag to block signals, if you must take your phone, and put it in the bag from a neutral location.
Learn why from Rob Braxman. Stay safe! 🧵⬇️

3/ Your phone’s IMEI acts like a digital fingerprint.
It can be exploited for geofencing.
Do not take your primary personal or work phone into a protest zone. 🧵⬇️

2/ Before preparing to protest, secure your communications. Opt for a burner phone that isn’t a full‑featured smartphone—choose a degoogled Android or a basic device, and never transfer your contact list or log into your regular services.
Or leave your phone at home. 🧵⬇️

Before leaving, consider sending direct messages to those of sane mind, letting them know where you are migrating to.
Also be considerate of others still on Meta/X. Some people have to engage for their livelihood like marketers, influencers, social media managers and small business.

If you don't have and aren't getting a burner, consider a faraday bag to avoid having your cells IMEI tagged when demonstrating. Make sure to power off your device, and place it in the bag at a neutral location before you go to demonstrate, and do not power it on unless there is an emergency.

Also strongly suggest should you demonstrate in-person in the days, weeks and months ahead, leave your primary mobile device at home. If you do not yet have a burner, be careful when considering one. You must avoid contaminating your new device by transferring contacts, logging into google, etc.

My apologies, it’s 11-3 Tue-Thu
I screwed up and posted after I called, I should have called and posted earlier to give others more time. Just trying to mobilize a #DoSomething force instead of like / reshare, actually taking actions

Also, wh.gov no longer even has the number listed. It’s on the Biden administration archive of the White House website.

Yeah I totally tanked my timing posting, sorry about that. I guess I called the last hour today.
I strongly suggest it next week, I felt less nauseated after calling.

Sorry about the timing; it is the correct number. I should have posted it earlier in the day, I must have called in the last hour they were taking calls.
Probably just a matter of time before it is shut down completely. Thank you for trying!

They actually removed all contact info from the new wh.gov website. I found the comment line on the Biden archive.
Calling to give comment only takes a few minutes, I feel better having spoken to it being disgraceful and disgusting to blame equality for yesterday's tragedy.

Please consider having someone technical minded set up a SecureDrop on TOR, and at the least adding messages for sources to contact you at the address you provided only from a proton mail address.
ProtonMail is only "safe" if they use ProtonMail to email you, and even then not as safe as SecureDrop
