Yea but this stuff is so much fun. A few weeks ago at the state crit racing championships event, there was a handful of us all with different cameras and all needing out over it. We had a blast

I was looking at Fuji to do more street/life stuff while the canon would be my sports/nature set up. Then I realized how pricy it would get and put it on hold lol.

Thanks. I usually run a 70-200 f/2.8 so the added reach will be nice. I bet the 400 gives you all kinds of angles to shoot!

Yea it’s f/2.8 all the way. Saw a deal on keh.com and couldn’t pass it up.

I got hit by this when the Red Sox played the braves. Beyond frustrating since I’m not in either market directly

It’s a little pricey but the quality seems really good. The only downside for me is no external water bottle pouch.

Oh! I spent weeks going back and forth. I ended up with the Bellroy Transit Workpack. It’s 20 liters so tons of space. When I go to a coworking spot I usually have my MacBook Air, iPad, a book, AirPod max, journal, pen, and cables. I grabbed a cable bag. I love this bag.

Which route did you do? If it’s the 45 or 25 I may have a photo of you at woodland!

I think it could have been better with a 45 minutes underwater scene personally.

Reminds me of the last tour de Nash I did in the rain. Was brutal. I may be out there with my camera, tomorrow, if I get some sleep.

Currently reading: "Co-Intelligence - Living and Working with AI" by Ethan Mollick (@emollick.bsky.social). It's fantastic so far, and has already changed my mind a bit on the whole AI thing.
