I feel my relationship to many RPGs is much like my relationship (as a suburban dad) to power tools.
I like to have them for what I *might* do with them enough that it outweighs the question of whether I *actually* do anything with them.

I have Les and less faith that they will as he stacks the courts with loyalists and congress is on his side, and he purges the executive branch of anyone who could muddy the waters…

I get that. But the people who voted for him did so despite his very clear desire to expand executive power to autocratic levels. So that is what they voted for.
