King George was good, independence brought you fascism. Come back into the fold and replace your pretend king with a real King - love from Canada, dont give up.

Just a gentle reminder that this is the exact situation that the second amendment was made for and why it was made without restrictions

Hi my friend, still here. Most of us in Atlantic Canada are PC still. Only issue is that the west is loud and has the party by the balls

The difference between Canada and the US is a lot of the more PC side of the party would still be considered Democrats in America, a lot of what their implementing is what the PCs are happy with

I’m a red Tory. I’m happy because a large part of what we wanted is getting put in. If this keeps up, I may even vote for him next time around.

Liberals learning that they will do better if they copy CPC policy rather then ndp policy

There is also the fact that this is a business and the pollsters can’t just stop doing the things that they do because the election is over

New idea, each week after Victoria Day we get a holiday on Monday for each of the Monarch’s in Canadian history, would get long weekends right into July lol

I think a lot of the negative energy towards The King is largely due to what happened with Princess Dianna and to a lesser extent his personal actions in NFLD. Once William comes to the throne I think there will be a big swing towards him since people just outright like him and Princess Kate more

Oh look all the fucking traitors finally realized independence was wrong. Come back and sing God save the king, happy you finally woke up :)

Where’s the all the above button? Like carney but not his ministers. I’ll continue liking him if he actually does what he said he will do but it’s a “I’ll believe it when I see it” at this point. I’ll even consider voting for him if he lifts the handgun transfer ban

Last line indicates the government is paying for a one-way trip anywhere in the world as long as you requested

Not racist to have a preferred company, would only be racist if you preferred one over the other for the reason that one of them is run by Koreans or Japanese

Yeah, what are the NDP gonna do? Bring the government down and trigger an election? They didn’t even have enough money for a plane in the last election

To be fair he did reasonably well compared to last result, like the last 2 leaders we will see calls to have him leave come from within the party over the next few months but I think that will happen

More right wing as in a business liberal not a progressive liberal
comment in response to

Doubt it. Carneys a lot more right wing then Trudeau and the ndp has their hand burned from the fallout of the C&S agreement. Will likely just vote with the government until their polling improves and they aren’t broke

We just crossed that point where she isn’t but it can still easily swing back

Elizabeth May now has total control over the government. God help us all.

Don’t speak too soon. Right now, conservatives and bloc have the majority. It’s been flip-flopping back-and-forth for the better part of an hour. We’re not gonna know tonight because some seats only have a few point difference
comment in response to
post
They are probably going to stall out at 21 or 22 but keep it above 50% if pop vote. That said if the bloc does good and the cons keep over preforming it would likely be a minority.
comment in response to
post
Jagmeet also loses their seat but I think it will be called a majority around 1 or later since it would come down to BC. that said in terms of the winner...

Providing that the conservative party doesn’t blow up, which is a possibility
comment in response to
post
I’m really enjoying how this election isn’t really bad for the conservatives, like a 38 to 40% showing isn’t bad at all, it’s purely that the NDP blew up. In a few months time when the NDP has a new leader, people will probably be referring to the conservatives as the government in waiting again

Left-wing parties are able to backing right wing since they control the majority. Bloc said they would and that they had given the liberals a chance. Plus the issue of Carney not making any form of contact with the bloc since he took over. Doesn’t really seem good for a relationship and YFB is mad

Bloc is gonna back the conservatives

Considering that they were broke even before the election, and their numbers keep ticking down. They have a serious hole to dig themselves out of
Especially if the rally around the flag continues which it likely will, and if the conservative party continues to win over the working class.

No clue. The other posters make their own maps too, maybe because this is the only one predicting a minority/worst result for the liberals

That’s their own singular polling
