Reading what happened... What a mess. The original owner sold the business without paying 100k in state taxes. Led the buyer to believe he'd pay them. They thought they were, then they sold the business this year. New owners didn't even about it.

I was about to say the Disney stuff would probably have to be left out, but that also means everything else KH specific would be too because they own it. All the legal stuff that Square doesn't want to deal with is probably preventing anything like this. 🫤
