Is that a pretzel you have knotted yourself into? You "sincerely apologize" and then say you were glad you didn't "have to bring the tooth fairy into it" and then tell people to embrace Jesus. Wow. Just. Wow.

The doctrine of “vires” also applies to government agencies, defining the jurisdictional boundaries within which they operate. Agencies derive authority from statutory mandates, which outline their specific functions and powers. Actions outside these powers are ultra vires and, therefore, invalid.

I somehow think the Podiatrists will feel the "honor" is unjust.

If I say I hate these people will Meta stop suggesting we should be friends? If so, I hate these people.

Pounding head on keyboard. (Yesterday I paid $4.99 for a dozen eggs at Safeway. They have not gone down.)

Accepting a bribe is explicitly listed as an impeachable offense in the U.S. Constitution. Article II, Section 4 states that the President, Vice President, and civil officers can be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”.

And $26,700 cost for 28 tablets. Medicines are obscenely priced.

This is interesting context but ignores how dumb this is and how a movie allegedly planted this idea. We need a President who vets ideas with their trusted advisors, not someone who throws things against the wall.

Let's see, 22 million pills confiscated that saved 119 million lives. I may not have been very good at math, but that doesn't even make sense to me. 😶

Gee, why does that seem a bit unlikely. I guess 1620 on both sides is a stretch. Check your history. If both sides of your family were here in 1620 when about 120 people were here from across the pond, I would think that was a bit weird.

I love this. My family has been here since 1671. I assume my ancestors encountered a lot of defiance and animosity. In fact, my primary ancestor was a rabble rouser and has had books written about his defiance. I guess I come by it naturally.

My family has been here since 1671. To say we are not patriots and don't love this country is a crass assumption based on ignorance. Trump and his minons are destroying everything that my ancestors fought to establish and promote. STFU.

That is a standard Trumpism and should be brushed off like a cat hair on your sleeve.

Since he is going to be on US soil on Monday, are there any plans for protests in front of the White House? Shouldn't there be some visible push back?
