He probably would have forgotten what he called it otherwise. Could you imagine if every time he talked about it, it had a different name? And occasionally referred to other bills. He dumbed it down for himself and his tribe.

It seems like this wasn’t planned for, and it was the best they could do at the last minute. Im hoping only be temporary anyway, until they can course correct.

Alternatively, the AI bros might see this coming a head of time, and pull out of the gaming space completely, afraid of the risk of system of servers full of bots playing against themselves that generate no money, but cost a lot to run and maintain.
Without AI, gamedev can be human crafted again

.. MMOs are today. Niche experiences for the people who like online PvE titles with a steady stream of content.
But the rest of the industry will diversify again as the Call of Duty’s of the world revert to the experiences they provided during the 00’s era of early online gaming.

… AI bots that easily outperform 99% of gamers. And when that happens, lobby online gaming will completely die out. We will revert back to retro, single player, couch coop, or private server online games where humans control who they play with.
GaaS will become a small genre in the way that…

I love AC, but Ubi has clearly forgotten its past lessons. If you flood the market it will dilute the brand. They would have lost one of the only things the publisher has going for it right now.
I was only just thinking about Jade yesterday, and wondered if it had already come and gone.

Trek is nearly always better as a TV show, whereas Star Wars works better as movies. There are definitely examples where its not the case but overall I think people would agree.
Personally I love Insurrection, to me it sits perfectly next to First Contact as two examples of what makes Trek amazing

Going from such a narrative high at lunch, and then going back to work to answer phone calls is quite the tonal whiplash

Same, a pure docked Switch 2, with the same internals but no battery, screen, joycons. Would be an awesome and cheaper alternative. It does defeat the “switch” idea, but i mostly play docked anyway.

Its hitting now, but its been downgraded to an ex-tropical cyclone as it lost a lot of power as it hit the coast line. So it looks like we dodged most of the danger.

Right now, its windy and blue skies. The literal calm before the storm.
I work an IT helpdesk, and we prepped for the Cyclone to hit today, but instead it looks like a normal day. I feel that we had too much time to prepare as the wait is even more stressful…

I don't know about ISP's where you are from, but you may be able to ask for a static IP? That way your IP doesn't change randomly and you end up with an IP that has a bad reputation. More than likely, the IP was used by a VPN at some point, and you are now the unlucky one to have it.

I’m a pokemon fan, but I’m of the opinion that for the amount of money the Pokemon franchise rakes in, the games should be better.

It would be a nice change of pace if instead of just pointing out how the other party is doing bad, that they could explain how they would have done it differently, and what they plan to do going forward. But instead, it's just a constant smeer campaign.

Hey! Yeah we've got ours coming up soon too. I'm not sure how it's going to swing, as neither candidate are popular. The right might get in because that's how things swing now, back and forwards. It's the left parties vote to lose, but the right is playing the economics card.

So many ways they could pull this off. SNW Kirk see’s a potential future, Mirror Kirk, Another Nexus Kirk. Clone Kirk… I am curious which one Shatner finally thought was worthy.

I’m sure plenty of Americans said the same thing about the Witch Hunts. History just repeats itself.

20 or more? Its got to be more than a dozen at the least. I think “a lot of x” sounds like a lot more than “a dozen of x”

All I need is for it to be AC Odyssey in Japan, anything else is icing on the cake imo.

Not sure what device you are using, but download the Brave browser. It has a built in adblocker that stops youtube being so annoying.

Pretty much. They thought it would make them more money to be inclusive, so they were more inclusive. And now that they need to reduce their costs so they look even more profitable, being inclusive is expendable. They'll swing right back as soon as it's "in vogue" again.
