This is so sad. I was so mad when the #CANbill failed last month : it would have given us laws to prosecute polluters like water companies & oil spills😢
Thing is, we cant go on killing nature & biodiversity like this and live healthy lives on this Planet. The buck has to stop somewhere.

Good questions. Public Board members would have to stay 6m-12m at least, like Magistrates. The goals of water companies would be set by law makers: provide clean drinking, water, process sewage, maintain sewers, plan for CC & population increase.
