It epitomises the joy of Lynch for me because you'll be watching thinking it's all a bit kitsch, and then you'll be hit with the most sincere heartbreaking exchange ever

Sometimes setting ethical boundaries can leave you feeling left out. I left my work's LGBT group because they wanted to stop using the word 'queer' in any communications and I objected and left. But now they're having an annual party and I'm obviously not there and feel quite isolated

The Akua Reindorf narrative basically boils down to saying 'these people have had it too good for too long' to the most oppressed people in society. It's such a repeated message of different forms of bigotry throughout the ages whether it's trans people, gays, Jews, immigrants, or POC

In finally admitting that they're trying to take away our rights, they're also admitting that we have exercised these rights for years -decades- and there hasn't ever, ever been an issue with it

Ugh. What a ghoul Akua Reindorf is

#booksky #writersky I just had a worrying thought... there has been lots of talk about not using AI to write or even research your writing but there's nothing stopping a competition or agent putting your story/manuscript into AI to judge it adding your work to the AI machine

Not just that but a movie musical trailer that contains a musical number from the movie musical!

The last shot of a movie after her lover didn't show up at the specified trashcan at the specified time so she's leaving the big city without them

I have personally used this answer with people (that as a believer in democracy I don't believe in religious ethnostates) and the only comeback I've ever gotten is that I'm naive.

Someone is about to be found dead of a ketamine overdose that is totally not suspicious

I've always been worried I'm a hypochondriac but then I got diagnosed with a serious, life limiting illness. So now I'm just right.

All the opinion polls really tell you is the press campaign against trans people over the past decade has been successful with older generations but not with younger people.

I hope twenty years on he's still getting his cock sucked by us homosexuals on the regular

When are they going to learn that saying, 'we believe whatever you want us to believe' is not an effective way to get into government? It makes you look weak and without any ethical foundations.

The reason the UK don't have a populist (far) right wing government yet like other countries is because our current government and the boards they appoint are plenty right wing enough as it is. Shameful.

Best argument I've seen

Honestly, I doubt there are any politicians who read the bills they vote for. They get staff to summarise them and they vote based on that summary. That's how politics works. The issue with MTG is she hasn't previously communicated to her team that AI is a deal-breaker topic so they didn't tell her

Turns out I'm top woke for my work's LGBT+ network

I think the worst offender for this was the recent season of Doctor Who, which had colour corrected the classic a red and white gingham tablecloth I associate with picnics and cafés etc, to burnt orange and off-white. That should be the real villain of the next series, the God of colour editing.

Perfection

Honestly most of the women from Andor would be great. But I'd personally like the actress who portrayed Kleya because, like with Matt Smith, it's still early in her career

Just had to push back at my work saying the supreme court judgement relates to the 'definition of a woman' in law when it only applies to the equality act and is a judgement of the definition of sex. They've not made any decisions yet but already worrying.

That sounds incredibly creepy

Supply and demand. Raise ticket prices too high and sales will drop
